A part-time opportunity exists-to provide administration support for various activities impacting the executive office.

Your day is guaranteed to be diverse and rewarding. Ideally this role would suit a self motivated, organised and confident person with a "can-do" attitude. Previous office administration experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Executive Assistant and Office Administration
  • General Secretarial & Administrative tasks
  • Prompt response to internal & external requests for information
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and office supplies
  • Mail and couriers

Required Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of eighteen months office experience
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft products
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Competent keyboarding skills
  • Effective communication skills
